Job Description

The Role

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the development and execution of digital strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and brand engagement. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your strong grasp of current marketing tools and techniques and be given the opportunity to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The role will provide you with an opportunity to strive in a fast-paced and meaningful industry that aids your career growth. 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Driving successful marketing campaigns through the use of online advertisements, social media, affiliate programs, EDM, influencer engagement and other offline initiatives
  • Develop suitable marketing strategies and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms
  • Communicate with influencers to facilitate KOL campaigns and activities
  • Analyse the effectiveness of advertising and KOL campaigns
  • Maintain, update and create content across digital platforms
  • Assist in the creation and setting up of ads, EDM, VIP programs, social media content and other marketing campaigns
  • Strong advocate in driving long-term brand awareness, development and engagement for the growth of our brands
  • Assist in brand communication strategy and ensure it contributes to the team’s objectives of achieving brand goals and vision

Who We Look For – The Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent course of study
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with KOLs, key partners and influencers
  • Strong interest in toys, gaming, technology & trends
  • Proactive learner with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset
  • Strong ability to think outside the box to develop practical solutions
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and energetic with a passion for succeeding
  • Knowledge in Google Ads & Google Analytics certified is a bonus
  • Knowledge of ad buying across Facebook, AdWords and other platforms
  • Adaptable and passionate about the fast-paced and challenging nature of the industry and fit the DNA of the company’s culture and working environment
