Job Description

The Role

As the Marketing Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative needs of the Marketing Team. You will also be seen as a department representative as you handle customer enquiries and offer solutions based on your understanding of the team’s portfolio. The role will provide you with an opportunity to strive in a fast-paced and meaningful industry that aids your career growth. 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support the team in areas of Sales and Marketing
  • Handle Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Deliveries and Stock Keeping
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the office and proper maintenance of facilities
  • Ensure sufficient brochures availability for distribution and use
  • Attends to call-in customers and able to communicate various solutions in the portfolio to customers
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills via Telephone and Email, and also responding promptly and provide quotes
  • Maintain regular follow-up with the team on leads and projects
  • Successfully follow up with the team on leads and projects

Who We Look For – The Ideal Profile:

  • Possess either a Diploma / A Levels, N or O Levels certificate
  • Working experience is advantageous but not necessary; as on-the-job training would be provided in this role
  • Good team player with a sales-centric mindset and service-oriented behavior
  • Highly motivated and passionate to thrive in a sales environment
  • Able to start within short notice or immediately is advantageous.
  • Singaporeans / PRs are welcome to apply.
  • 1 year of working experience in Admin or Customer Service role is advantageous but not necessary for applicants without any experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
