Job Description

Role Highlights:

What will you Learn? 

Compliance and Certification Project (PDPA/Data Privacy Trustmark certification):

  • Review company’s existing Policies and SOPs for data privacy compliance.
  • Identify gaps for Information security framework, policies, and procedures (e.g., Disaster Recovery plan, Internal Data Protection and Bring Your Own Device Policy)
  • Provide support for audit preparedness and readiness.
  • Brainstorm ideas and conduct mini workshops to engage the team in internalizing compliance material.

Learning & Development:

  • Conduct Research and support L&D initiatives. 
  • Provide effective administrative support to facilitate course registration, workshop preparations, survey, and feedback follow-up.

Insights to Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

  • Gain experience in the end-to-end recruitment process for focused roles (e.g., Internal Hires, Internship program).
  • Research and apply learning on how to conceptualize employer branding initiatives and outreach efforts.

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and implement teambuilding activities, CSR, team lunches, celebration events, etc.
  • Develop content and materials for internal communication (slides, flyers, presentations).

Requirements:

  • Completing/pursuing bachelor’s degree
  • Commitment of 6-month attachment (those who can do longer tenure is welcomed)
  • Keen interest in HR and burning passion to interact with people!
  • Singaporean only
