We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals keen to take on a HR intern role with us at ScienTec. The HR intern will be supporting and learning about various HR functions and processes. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity for aspiring HR professionals!

What will I be doing in the role?

-Gaining extensive knowledge on the recruitment process

-Drafting job advertisements and postings

-Sourcing for potential candidates

-Selecting and screening candidates via phone interviews

-Assist in various HR initiatives e.g employee engagement events, employer branding initiatives

-Supporting market research and salary benchmarking projects

-Provide administration support of the day-to-day HR functions and duties

What do I need for the role?

-Keen to gain experience in and passionate in HR

-Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills

-Adaptable and analytical

-Self-motivated team player

-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

-No prior experience needed as training will be provided

-Must be able to commit for 6 months or more
