- Consultant/Senior Consultant (1st – 3rd Year): You will have an integral role in driving the primary business of our company as well as pitching the business value of what we provide to prospects. Learn the business value of ScienTec Consulting and our myriad of HR Solution services to become an expert in the industry. You will handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle from active prospecting, acquiring and building up a portfolio of clients, sourcing and matching high calibre candidates to suitable roles and maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders by providing them strategic advice.
- Mentor/Team Lead (4th Year onwards): Lead a small team of recruitment consultants and senior recruitment consultants to bring the best business values to the new and existing clients. You will participate in strategic and tactical planning for your team. Your focus will be on tackling more complex deals, people development and inspiring the next generation of managers-to-be.
What's the Role?
- Responsible for driving ScienTec Consulting revenue growth through recruitment sales and acquisition of new clients
- Develop new business or revenue opportunities through new client acquisition activities, including lead generation, telemarketing calls, networking
- Reach out to and build relationships with clients over phone, email and LinkedIn to learn about their business and challenges and pitching our business value to help them
- Handle and manage full recruitment cycle for candidates including recruitment, selection, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and offer management
- Manage your activities, pipelines, forecasts and targets to ensure above monthly KPIs/targets
- Diligently keep informed of latest labour laws, industry trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve
- Maintain good relationships with existing accounts by providing strategic advice and fulfilling client requirements
- Source for new platforms or innovative ways to reach out to potential talents
