Job Description

HR / Talent Intern (6-months)

What will you Learn? 

Insights to talent acquisition & Employer Branding:

  • Gain experience in the end-to-end recruitment process for focused roles (e.g. Internal Hires, Internship program)
  • Research and learn how to conceptualize employer branding initiatives and outreach efforts

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and implement teambuilding activities, CSR, team lunches, celebration events, etc.
  • Develop content and materials for internal communication (slides, flyers, presentations)

Learning & Development:

  • Conduct Research and support L&D initiatives. 
  • Provide effective administrative support to facilitate course registration, workshop preparations, survey and feedback follow-up.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Assist and compile research on salary and benefits benchmark in the market
  • Create and collate data points and learn how to analyse and derive insights and analytics

Enhancing HR Capabilities: 

  • Administrative support and update on existing HR policies, SOPs and processes
  • Learn how to index and classify HR confidential data
  • Exposure and hands on learning on PDPA

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Singapore
  • Commitment of 6-month attachment (those who can do longer tenure is welcome)
  • Keen interest in HR and burning passion to interact with people!
  • High Energy, Discipline, Independent and Driven. Ready to showcase initiative
