Responsibilities:

-Engaging in the full HR recruitment process

-Providing a positive experience to both clients and candidates

-Providing guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

-Selection and screening of candidates through pre-evaluation of their CVs

-Overseeing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages for employees

-Developing a holistic understanding of external clients and imparting this knowledge to potential candidates

-Work with individuals from other teams in onboarding activities and integrating suitable candidates into external organisations

Who we are looking for:

-Must possess at least a Diploma or relevant

-An amicable and people-oriented individual who can communicate with team members effectively

-Adaptable in producing solutions

-Passionate and comfortable with working to hit sales targets

-Ambitious and resourceful team player

-Good HR acumen, able to problem-solve, think critically, and multi-task

-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
