What you will do: 

• Work closely with Recruiters to deeply understand the various roles requirements, functions and how they fit into our clients’ organizations
• Identify, attract job-seeking candidates and match them to the job roles for our clients across various industries
• Actively source, shortlist, screen and profile candidates, highlighting relevant achievement of candidates
• Draft job advertisements, manage across various channels, update and refresh the candidate talent pool in the in-house Applicant Tracking System
• Proactively engage passive candidates with a variety of engagement tools, e.g. LinkedIn, candidate databases, social media, and employee referrals, etc
• Systematically generate candidate leads through research and active cold calling
• Build relationships with active and passive candidates, as well as other team members in the recruitment cycles
