We are looking for an aspiring individual who wishes to craft a rewarding internship in recruitment. A key day-to-day task will involve assistance in the selection, interview and hiring process, as we source the right talents for our client.

What you will learn here:
- Learn and understand the full cycle of recruitment, including attraction, selection, offering, closing, and onboarding duties.
- Gather client requirements.
- Source and screen candidates; gain knowledge about the different methods and platforms to ensure effective searches.
- Conduct interviews for potential candidates and profile suitable candidates -
- Present candidates to the mentor and recommend selected profiles to prospective companies.
- Aid during the offer process, gaining knowledge about the essentials of contract signing etc
- Manage daily work schedule to create an effective system to achieve personal targets whilst contributing to team goals.
- Other ad-hoc duties
Who are we looking for:
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Possess the ability to conduct efficient interviews with candidates and to build professional relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues alike
- Organized, analytical and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate urgency and can work efficiently and effectively despite time pressures.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word and Excel.
