You will play a critical role in ensuring that our platform meets the users’ expectations in usability, aesthetics and functionality.
The role of the web portal administrator is to provide timely uploading, management and maintenance of Scooget catalogue & product content, whilst providing operational administrative support to Scooget users globally.
The primary role will be to manage across product categories and upload product content such as descriptions, pricing and images to the Scooget social platform, ensuring that product content is always accurate and kept up to date.
This involves researching, creating, populating and uploading product content files, editing existing content, checking content for consistency, trouble-shooting problems, working with users to provide product information in line with users’ and project expectations.
In addition, you will deal with moderation of user posts, user support and ad-hoc operational support such as sourcing of product information and tracking of product changes, reporting on latest and trending products.
- · Users, posts, products and catalogue administration duties
- · Manage text, pricing, categorization and graphics for products content
- · Verify users provided information for accuracy and completeness
- · Moderation of users and products information
- · Produce product reports for category management
- · Respond to user requests and enquires
- · Report technical problems and suggestions for improvement
Skills and Experience:
- A diploma, degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Understanding of HTML and other web related disciplines is highly desirable
- Good proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience in content management systems or uploading of content
- An excellent communicator who can work closely and effectively with technical and administrative functions and maintain partnerships with external customers and partners
- Ability to identify or anticipate problems and proactively suggest ways to improve processes
- Strong organizational skills, with creative approach and a ‘can-do’ work attitude
- Demonstrated excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Proven experience in achieving deadlines and must be flexible to support variable timelines
- Remote working arrangement means you can work from anywhere
