Your role
Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
Develop strategies to expand our business and services to reach out to newer clients
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations
Requirements
You should be a light bulb of new sales and business development ideas, yet be able to take one for the team
Should be driven and hungry to generate business leads and close deals
Able to manage time and chase clients simultaneously, with attention to detail
You should be able to sell our services to a range of companies - from startups to blue chips
Have the social and emotional intelligence to close a tough business deal
Previous experience in Business Development or Media Marketing is preferred but not essential
You should possess the perseverance to crack a deal in a new sector
