We are looking for an enthusiastic Events Intern to help with the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This is a great opportunity to learn about events organisation and events marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Events Planning: Help with the organisation and execution of physical and virtual events, such as pairing lunch/dinner and booth sale. Tasks include sourcing for clients, sourcing for venues, handling on-site setup and logistics, etc.
• Events Marketing: Assist in creation of marketing materials and liaising with marketing teams to promote and drive registration for the events. Track performance and highlight to teams what messages are working well or not.
• Tracking and Reporting: Assist in tracking the performance of event registration, identify areas for improvement, and work with marketing teams to increase registration numbers.
• Logistics: Help to monitor/track stocks in and out during events.
Requirements:
• Interest in events management.
• Strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Able to support weekend events (with time off in lieu).
