About Our Group
The Test Process and Engineering Analysis (TPEA) team is responsible for the design and development of HDD test process and supporting new product launches for best-in-class Enterprise and Client classes of HDD with the latest cutting-edge technologies in the likes of Heat Assisted Media Recording (HAMR), Hybrid Shingled Media Recording, etc. The TPEA team plays an important role in improving all HDD product metrics and keeping cost and quality on target using cutting edge technologies in advanced recording methodology, innovative HDD test processes and Big Data analytics.

About the Role
- Work with Regression Engineers to improve regression process validation.
- Interview Regression Engineers and understand engineering issues.
- Develop tools in Python to speed up issue classification.
- Develop report & dashboard of regression validation/tracking system.
About You
- Some experience with Machine Learning / Generative AI development in Python.
- Basic knowledge in Data Engineering and Data Analytics.
- Basic knowledge in Database design.
- Basic knowledge in KNIME workflow.
- Basic knowledge in Report & Dashboard Design.
- Self-motivated, independent and a team player.
- Enjoy research and knowledge sharing.

The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass transportation to work.
