About our group:

The Operation Training Department is committed to equipping our operation employees with the vital skills and knowledge needed for excellence in manufacturing. We design and implement robust training programs that prepare our workforce to tackle the challenges of modern media production. About the role - you will:

As an intern reports directly to the Training Supervisor under Operation Training Department. Supporting our organization's growth by revamping our training website and creating innovative online training materials, including videos.   • Collaborate with the training team to update and enhance the training website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date with the latest content.
  • Create, edit, and produce high-quality training videos and other digital materials that effectively communicate key concepts and skills.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to gather information and translate it into engaging training resources.
  • Consistently bring fresh ideas and approaches to improve training materials and the user experience on the training website.
  • Ensure all training content is accurate, well-organized, and of high quality. Work effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and project goals.
  • Be flexible and open to feedback, adjusting your work as needed to align with the evolving needs of the organization.

About you:

  • Able to commit Semester Internship (Dec/Jan to May)

Your experience includes:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mass communication, Digital Communications and Integrated Media or a related field. Experience in developing training materials, including videos, e-learning modules, and other digital content. 
  • Proficiency in video production and editing software Web design and content management skills is a plus
  • Experience in developing mobile-friendly or micro-learning content is a plus

Location:

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work. Here at work, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks at our onsite canteen and coffee shop. We offer a range of facilities including an in-house gym and dance studio, as well as after-work badminton and table tennis competitions.
