About the role - you will:
- Assist in the digitalization of Employee Personal Files and help optimize the electronic personnel file administration process.
- Contribute to the improvement of the Asia HR Case Management for walk-in inquiries.
- Participate in the creation of the HR Shared Service Knowledge Base for efficient knowledge retention.
- Support the simplification of manual processes via Power Automate to improve the work pass administration experience.
- Gain practical experience with SAP Success Factor HR Management System and HR Shared Services Operations.
- Design of infographic materials to enhance employee awareness of HR Operations
Adventures That You Would Embark On:
- Be a part of the P-file Management project to move P-Files to a digital platform and migration to a new site.
- Engage in process improvements for employment pass renewals through creative infographic design.
- Help articulate the HR Shared Service Value Proposition to enhance the employee experience.

About you:

Your experience includes:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn tools such as Power Automate.
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools in Excel, such as PivotTable and VLOOKUP, is preferred.

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass-transportation to work.
