About this Role;
Support the planning and implementation of employee well-being programs which includes but not limited to developing the program marketing and communication materials. This requires you to learn how to manage timeline, stakeholder and resources.
Identify and develop new channels of communication on HR policies and programs
Assist in the updating of policies on HR Portal
Provide support in areas of HR metrics, reporting & visualization of data
Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices
About You;
Passionate about HR marketing, communication and analytics
Able to understand data, trends and present reports to make actionable decisions
Creative and enjoys thinking out of the box has a flair in communication design
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
Familiar with creative content production tools (E.g. Canva)
