As a Sales Administrator, act as the connecting piece between the customer and the Salesperson by doing things like processing orders, keeping track of customer information and providing post-sale customer service reports. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. You are goal-oriented and have a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.

Job Scope
- Follow up on incoming enquiries to ascertain exact requirements and if requirements are conducive to customers’ objectives
- Prepare and present quotations to customers
- Obtain technical clarification and advice from Principals/suppliers as and when necessary
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Build customer services relationship for effective and comprehensive coverage
- File and update all documents for the department
- Advise customers in case of back orders or delays
- Document control
- Execute any other duties as assigned or directed by the Managing Director
