Job Description

Company Overview

Sealed is a venture-backed startup based in Singapore. We connect consulting and investment firms to Southeast Asian localised subject-matter experts for their market research and due diligence purposes. These top-level experts include C-level executives, public-sector leaders and varied subject matter experts.


Sealed’s founders have worked with Wavemaker Partners (one of Southeast Asia’s largest B2B early-stage venture capital funds) and Grab. The company’s investors include Far East Ventures (VC arm of Far East Organization), former DBS Chairman Koh Boon Hwee and PropertyGuru co-founder Steve Melhuish amongst other institutional and angel investors.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct client liaison duties to develop lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels
  • Leverage on our expert database to source and shortlist relevant experts for our clients’ needs after performing an analysis on the client’s request
  • Perform expert outreach activities such as LinkedIn messaging, offline networking and cold-calling to recruit industry experts
  • Provide administrative support pre and post engagement as and when required, which includes scheduling calls and gathering user feedback
  • Learn with and coach fellow teammates to consistently improve team-wide performance
  • Partake in company discussions and gain opportunities to effect change in a real-world setting
