Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for more senior positions
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist with Incident Resolution
- Maintain Systems to detect and/or prevent "faults" that disrupt the user connectivity to systems
- Support and assist in regular server maintenance, system accesses, systems monitoring, backups, patching, and daily health checks
- Provide Application/ technical support to users and update on the progress of outstanding support tickets
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess ITIL’s Certificate or knowledge is a great advantage
- Good analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for more senior positions
