Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Executive Search Processes: Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for senior-level positions
  • Conduct Executive Market Research: Perform in-depth research to identify industry trends, talent pools, and competitive intelligence to inform executive search strategies.
  • Manage Candidate Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals through various channels, including LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate Recruitment Activities: Help schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and meetings with candidates and clients.
  • Prepare Recruitment Documentation: Assist in the preparation of candidate profiles, job descriptions, and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Collaborate on Recruitment Projects: Work with the team on special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and strategies

Ideal Candidate 

  • Current University Students: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program of any majors 
    • Students on Gap Year & Diploma student can also apply 
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities.
  • Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools and platforms like LinkedIn
