The Internship:
The Talent Acquisition team is instrumental in driving branding, selection and sourcing strategies that position and promote SearchAsia as an employer of choice, and developing organizational competence in assessment and selection frameworks.
It plays an integral role in building a strong pipeline and securing capable talent that are critical to organization’s continued success.
During this internship period, you will gain exposure to a broad network of business stakeholders and interact with hiring managers & business leaders on a daily basis.
This is a great opportunity to understand Talent Acquisition as an important role to help attract candidates of the same fit and retain employees.
- Identify talents who may be a good fit for the company culture and business via different sourcing channels
- Support the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Contribute ideas for social media hiring and monitor the performance
- Research and identify story ideas, including interviewing internal stakeholders for features
- Conduct landscape research of other companies’ employer branding efforts
- Collaborate with the rest of the HR team as well as internal stakeholders to deliver hiring initiatives on a group level.
Job Requirements:
- Min. A Level / Diploma and above
- Keen interest in Social Media Marketing, Communications & HR
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Working knowledge of Canva required
- Possess a can-do attitude with positive energy
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
