Job Description

SearchAsia is a prominent human capital consulting firm with a strong Asia Pacific presence, focused largely on mid to senior management positions. We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will provide professional consulting services and manage the full cycle of client-candidate meeting process, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the business of human capital management.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform full lifecycle talent acquisition comprising of sourcing, networking, qualifying, salary negotiation, interviewing and on-boarding
  • Play integral role in assessing and fulfilling hiring needs of clients
  • Managing expectations of potential candidates and clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up regularly with clients and candidates
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and business economies
  • Establishing good database for job market information

Requirements: 

  • Possess degree from any discipline
  • No prior experience is required
  • Applicants with a strong record in sports or other co-curricular/extra-curricular activities will
  • have a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and strong desire to excel
  • Able to work well in a dynamic and challenging environment
