Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full lifecycle talent acquisition comprising of sourcing, networking, qualifying, salary negotiation, interviewing and on-boarding
- Play integral role in assessing and fulfilling hiring needs of clients
- Managing expectations of potential candidates and clients
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up regularly with clients and candidates
- Keep abreast of industry trends and business economies
- Establishing good database for job market information
Requirements:
- Possess degree from any discipline
- No prior experience is required
- Applicants with a strong record in sports or other co-curricular/extra-curricular activities will
- have a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and strong desire to excel
- Able to work well in a dynamic and challenging environment
