Human Resource Coordinator (Internship / Part-time)
- Develop job descriptions and montior ad responses
- Identify potential candidates through a variety of sourcing channels, including social media platforms and LinkedIn
- Shortlist and coordinate interviews for potential candidates
- Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationship and experience during the selection process
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills and aptitudes
- Updating and maintaining of database
Requirements:
- Min. A Level / Diploma and above
- Possess high initiative and positive mindset
- Enjoys people interactions and building meaningful relationships with others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thrives in fast pace and collaborative environment
