- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.
- Manage the applicant flow, promote employee referrals, and use your creativity to effectively position our brand to attract talents.
- Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including social media and Linkedin.
- Improve hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Phone interview and screening to assess potential candidates on their personality fit, culture fit and abilities. - Participate actively in company-wide events
Requirements:
- Min. A Level and above
- No prior experience required as mentorship will be provided
- People-oriented and outgoing
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Enthusiastic and possess good initiative
