SearchAsia is looking for a Talent Sourcing Associate who have an interest in the Human Capital Industry to join the team! As a Talent Sourcing Associate, you will be working closely with team leaders and senior recruiters to:
- Use different and creative ways to attract prospective candidates for corporate clients, through a good understanding of clients' recruitment needs.
- Connect and build a network with candidates and clients through different channels.
- Be involve in the full recruitment cycle of the executive search process which includes searching, screening and interviewing of potential candidates.
