Responsibilities 

• Provide effective sales support our consultants to ensure smooth business operations.
• Contribute to business growth through assisting in business leads generation and talent sourcing
• Involvement in recruitment cycle activities such as market research, arrange interviews and engaging with candidates to understand their needs and expectations
• Work hand in hand with mentor to gain insight about the recruitment industry

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/Diploma;
• People-oriented individual who enjoys networking and building relationships
• Good team player
• Ability to work independently and with initiative
• Confident and effective communicator
• No prior experience required
