Since our founding in 2013, Searix has been a technology consultancy at heart, specializing in innovative rapid prototyping.
In 2015, we built our first barcode guest registration and lucky draw system for a corporate event. Since then, we’ve developed 45 more systems and they have been deployed at more than 2,500 events in 11 countries. These solutions range from registration and badge printing systems for conferences and exhibitions, to custom redemption and referral systems for marketing campaigns, to AR effects across social channels, as well as interactive pop-up exhibits and launch mechanisms.

Searix is APAC's leading creative technology agency, providing various digital systems for experiential lead generation and engagement at over 1,000 events and campaigns that we support in a year. These events include marketing brand activations, product launches, trade show exhibitions, conferences, gala dinners and various others by corporates and government organisations.
As a Content, Media & Marketing Operations Intern, your primary function will be to assist the revenue operations team with executing our digital growth strategy.
You will do this by:
- Co-developing the media content strategy
- Recording, creating and publishing our media content
- Performing operational tasks related to marketing and business development, including researching for, coordinating and setting up for events, manning exhibition booths / showcases, and creating/updating materials.
At the end of your internship, you will have completed:
- Consistent posting of media and content across our online platforms
- Building a 6 month content strategy
- Revamping the sales content for key products for channel partners
Key requirements:
- Experience in media content creation (slides, videos, infographics)
- High attention to detail
- Fast learner with high cognitive ability
- Independent and resourceful
- Good command of English
- Basic marketing knowledge (e.g. marketing funnel, demographic profiling, target market research and analysis)
While most of your work can be done remotely, you will be required to be present at events in Singapore when we are engaged for them in order to create content about them.
