Secura Training Academy Pte Ltd (Hereon referred to as ‘STAPL’); a subsidiary of Secura Group Pte Ltd has evolved from an in-house (SkillsFuture Singapore, SSG) Approved Training Organisation in 2015 to a (Public) Approved Training Organisation in 2017. In Singapore, any training organisation that wishes to offer Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) courses or WSQ and Private Education (PE) courses must meet the accreditation criteria established by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).

A training organisation is considered an ATO or ATO-PEI when it is accredited by SSG to provide WSQ training & assessments, or WSQ training & assessments and PE courses. 

Our transformation, from a training organisation that was initially formed to cater to our Group’s internal training needs, to one that trains individuals or private companies has led us to increase of training capability. Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

  • Administration of training records and registration of courses
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth running of training activities and logistics arrangement
  • Execute marketing activities according to sales and marketing plan, including drafting and preparing materials for email marketing and updating of course information on website
  • Handle enquiries and feedback on training courses
  • Collate information and prepare management reports
  • Provide administrative support on SSG audits, Training Grants claims and mandatory statutory reporting matters
  • Leads generating for Training Sales
  • Provide secretarial support to Senior Manager
  • Other ad-hoc duties and sales related support

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Management / or any other related field discipline
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Possess strong writing and communication skills to engage employees and also external parties at various levels
  • Able to work independently and has good time management
  • Confident in cold calling
  • Good customer service mind-set
