Secure Parking Singapore was incorporated in 2011. Within short span of time, we have grown tremendously to be one of the largest and leading operators in Singapore. We manage more than 300 car parks in Singapore for Government and Private sectors.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Works with standard and advanced spreadsheets, database, and word processing and software packages.
Assist the Managers with Project Management duties including updating the project calendar.
Organise and maintain files and records.
Provide general administrative support including but not limited to:
- Receive, direct and relay effectively telephone and mail communications both internally and externally, maintaining professional image.
- Cover reception duties
- Maintain the general filing system and file important correspondences.
- Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences etc.
Tracking projects and keeping update on compliance regulations.
Maintaining business/ customer contact database, corporate files and business plans.
Coordinating workflow and maintaining productive work environment
Other administrative duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ubi area.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Full-Time positions available.
Preferably specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Customer Service or equivalent.
Must have positive attitude, independent and meticulous
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (especially MS Excel)
5-days work per week.
Able to start work immediate will be an added advantage
