Seasons Administrative Officer
Reports to: Admin Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
The role of Seasons Administrative Officer has been created to support the Finance Department on processing of season parker applications, within all Secure Parking’s managed carparks.
The main duties are as follow: -
- To be the first point of contact for new and existing season parkers, answering telephone calls and emails.
- To assist and follow up on applications, extensions, renewals, terminations etc of season parking holders within all Secure Parking’s managed carparks.
- To be familiar with the Seasons System, in able to retrieve data and perform monthly reporting to Manager.
- To prepare monthly reports to be submitted to clients within the stipulated date line.
- To liaise with customers to ensure they are kept up-to-date with the progress of their applications.
- To perform marketing calls for existing season parkers, to increase revenue on carpark sales.
- Such other related duties as may be allocated from time to time in the light of the experience, training and knowledge.
Qualification & Skills: -
- Minimum ‘O’ Level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Preferably with at least 6 months working experience in accounting field. Candidates with no accounting experience are also welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- People and customer management; positive attitude
- Commitment to deliver and meet working targets
- Only Singaporean
- Ability to commence work immediately will be an added advantage
