Secure Parking Singapore was incorporated in 2011. Within short span of time, we have grown tremendously to be one of the largest and leading operators in Singapore. We manage more than 300 car parks in Singapore for Goverment and Private sectors.
HR Officer
Performing HR functions including but not limited to:
Recruitment and selection, welfare and benefits, Payroll functions, Employee relations in Secure Parking.
Recruitment
- Posting jobs advertisements
- Performing first line interviews and selection of candidates
- Liaise with requesting departments
- Perform new staff orientations
- Applications, renewals and cancellations of Foreign worker’s passes thru WPOL and EPOL
- Handling workers dormitory and liaise with dormitory for enrolment and monthly billings
- Updating and managing of employees input on HR system
- Perform HR administration
Welfare and Benefits
Employee relations
- Handling work injury compensations (WICA) and file to insurance and MOM.
- Follow up with the reimbursement with insurance company
- Arrange and coordinate third parties for staff welfares
- Participates on counselling sessions and attend to discipline matters
- Assist Manager on medical benefits system access review
Payroll
- Performing monthly payroll for non-executive employees
- Checking of leave, claims and e-mail staff payslip
- Perform monthly payroll reports for Manager’s review
- Coordinate exiting employees on exit interviews and clearances
- Administer NS claims, Paternity and Child Care claims.
- Checking of invoices for Manager’s payment approval
Training
- Perform first line of employee orientation
- Assist, coordinate and support departments on courses (internal/ external)
- Other HR related responsibilities
