Requirement
- Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- Singaporeans and PR preferred.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with an eye for details and meticulousness and to maintain confidentiality
- Well-versed in accounting system and use of Microsoft office applications. Knowledge in QuickBooks and worksheets is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working knowledge and experience.
- Work week: 5 days (At times need to attend meeting on Saturdays)

Role and Responsibility
- Reconcile monthly banking statements with invoices, payment vouchers
- Fixed assets management
- Prepare and submission of GST and Tax returns.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
- Assist in daily operational tasks or any other tasks that maybe assigned by the management.
- Managing the financial position of the company and directly reporting to the senior management.
- Responsible to update and keep all past and present correspondence, filings and records and ensure daily administrative support to the operations team.
- Work closely with clients with regard to quotation, tenders, contracts, manpower requirements, Liquidated Damages and client feedback. (SAP Ariba and GE Smart).
- Proper and timely issuance of invoices, credit note, SOA and chasing for payment.
- Perform day to day accounting, invoicing, and internal financial reporting.
- To attend Board and management meetings during and after office hours for presentation of reports.
- Prepare contracts and quotations documents.
- To assume the role as the Office Manager in the absence of the management team.
