Responsibilities:
- Providing information and answering employee queries about payroll related matters.
- Managing iREP HR systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets, leave management and attendance.
- Calculating payable hours, overtime, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Calculating daily, weekly advance payment of salary and final salary.
- Handle the salary payment of workers.
- Submit monthly CPF submissions.
- Prepare & submit yearly IR8A for all staff .
- Update and notify PLRD on security manpower matters such as to notify PLRD on new recruits, resignations, application & renewal of security officers’ licenses , renewal of company license, assist in yearly SACE grading exercise.
- To ensure all operations officers are certified and registered with PLRD.
- Liaise with MOM - apply, renew, cancel of work pass for foreign workers
- Submit IR21 for Malaysian for tax clearance upon resignation.
- MOM - update addresses & mobile phone numbers of staff.
- Assist company in training needs requirement such as arrange for refresher / recertification of first aid certification, CERT, AED, security license for officers before expiry date.
- To assist in procurement for office equipment and stationery.
- To assist the management in other admin functions.
- To attend management meeting once a month after office hours.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.
- 2 years of experience working in a payroll office.
- Good knowledge of Singapore’s employment legislation and statutory requirements.
- Experience in security industry handling security Officers payroll is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and iREP payroll system.
- Ability to strive in a fast paced and results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business discipline.
- Able to work independently by establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations, like MOM, PSIA, PLRD, etc.
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Good team player.
