Description:

Candidate need to be flexible, highly motivated and approachable, with excellent communication skills honed by their hands-on experience in social media and digital spaces such as Discord and Twitter.

Role & Job Responsibilities

• Able to work fast to create innovative activations to drive social communities in a short amount of time.
• Responsible for growing and engaging the global community on Discord, Twitter, and other platforms by planning activities, creating discussions, answering any inquiries and etc.
• Manage regular communications internally across departments and externally with talents, communities, and influencers via any form of communication tools
• Able to get first hand and the latest community platform trends, best social practices, and NFT and cryptocurrency trends
• Collaborate with internal teams and other stakeholders to deliver on business targets
• Organize, manage and oversee community meetups both online and offline
• Explore forums, KOLs, and media platforms to distribute content
• Must be able to host monthly AMA sessions by inviting guests from the team or externally

Must-have skills & Qualifications

• Polytechnics Diploma or equivalent and above.
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 6 months hands-on experience with community building and managing crypto communities
• Minimum 6 months hands-on experience with NFTs or crypto
• Must have good knowledge in Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and NFT
• Hands-on experience with Discord understanding about growing and engaging a community in the Crypto or tech industry
• Must have excellent multitasking skills, time management skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and love to interact and help users to answer their inquiries 
• Swift and clever communications with fans, influencers, and other partners/collaborators, to increase top-line community numbers and NFT new drop success
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
