Job Description

Salary: $1600-$1800 (negotiable) 

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handles all general receptionist and administrative duties

  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and take messages as required

  • In-charge of all incoming & outgoing documents/parcel/couriers & arranging courier services

  • Coordination of requisition for materials, stationery and refreshment

  • Perform data entry and update records

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

  • Perform basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties

  • Assist the accountant for the accounting documentations

  • Additional admin/accounting work as assigned by managers

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Admin/HR Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a GCE O Levels certificate

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred

  • Basic accounting knowledge will be an added advantage

  • Good command of spoken and written English

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill

  • Cheerful, responsible and able to work efficiently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
