Responsibilities:
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, and coordinating with clients for daily work schedules.
- Ensuring all documentation is maintained appropriately.
- Attending, participating and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Providing administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
- Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, proactive, and organized.
