Interns will be given the learning opportunities through real-world tasks which can expose them to topics such as paid media management, hands-on experience in events & launches, procurement process, writing & content creation.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Work alongside the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns, including competitors monitoring and reporting
2) Regularly update website content, perform auditing as well as thought leadership content creation
3) Liaise and manage relationships with external or internal stakeholders to support for events & launches
4) Ensure contents in all presentation decks and materials are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and are free of typographical errors
5) Learn about the procurement process, such as requesting for three quotations
6) Responsible for taking meeting minutes and circulation for information and follow-ups
7) Assist in ad-hoc tasks to support marketing and corporate affairs function
REQUIREMENTS
1) Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
2) Ability to work independently and perform in a fast-paced environment, to work alongside diverse group of employees and to communicate clearly with stakeholders
3) Familiar with major social media platforms; content management systems and/or social media analytics
4) Stays up to date with latest digital and social trends
5) Prior knowledge, experience or interest in the energy sector or engineering background will be advantageous
6) Proficiency with Google Analytics & Google Adwords is a bonus
