Job Description

Assist in Program Genesis, migration activities for S4 Singapore entities under FSS, coverage of around 40+ entities for AP, AR and GL transactions

  • Reconciliation of migration data of old SAP ECC -> new SAP S4 -> Consol system
  • Identify and document recon issues and missing / error mapping during the reconciliation
  • Follow through recon issues, re-mapping of data, re-test and closure

Migration data including:

  • Chart of Accounts
  • Profit Centre
  • Cost Centre
  • Vendor / Customer master
  • Fixed Assets Master
  • WBS
  • Internal Order
  • COPA dimensions
  • Open items balances
  • GL balances
  • Bank Keys

Requirements

• Diploma in Finance and Accountancy – Accounting standards, basic Finance processes; and/or Information Systems, Digital, Data & Analytics.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio

• Software/application skills e.g. data blending/query tools"
