Key Roles and Responsibilities
• To assist in the development and/or review of financial models for greenfield and brownfield (M&A) power/water energy and utilities business segments
• Assist in performing commercial viability, financial and valuation analysis
• Undertake relevant market or comparable analysis to support commercial or financial valuation analysis and to support transaction due diligence
• Assist and interface with the day-to-day development of various technical workstreams
• Conduct preparation and review of materials used for engaging internal and external stakeholders
Qualification, Skills and Experience
• Background in Economics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• Enthusiasm and drive to be deeply involved in greenfield development, and buy-side, sell-side transactions
• Experience in energy industry would have an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
