Job Description

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To partner with HR Executive on Benefits 2.0 roll-out activities and roadshows, ensuring understanding of program intent, directive and respond in a professional manner to internal stakeholders.

2. To assist Assistant Vice President, Total Rewards and HR Executive, Total Rewards in designing and reviewing Benefits 2.0 collaterals. 

3. Where required, to assist in setting up Microsoft Teams invites and smooth running of roadshows and participate in the sessions.

4. Benchmark, collate and identify key trends in benefits and policies across various platforms.

5. To assist Assistant Vice President, Total Rewards on HR policies consolidation efforts and implementing bite-size key messages of policy intent.

6. To partner with Group Digital team to launch policies on newly developed application and develop travel approval process on application

7. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. MS Word proficient with a good mastery of English Language

2. MS Excel proficient and working knowledge of pivot tables, vlookups, matching formulas

3. Working knowledge of Canvas / PosterMyWall, etc. software for design work

4. Eye for details and maturity in handling private and confidential information
