Job Description

Reponsibilities

  • Partner Subject Matter Experts (SME) implementation of the total learning framework that aligns with the business strategy.
  • Maintain and manage learning application and tools used by the company
  • Support stakeholders' enquiries and deploy innovative solutions for training delivery and learning to enable a dynamic organisation
  • Collaborate in in-house learning programme setup and programme coordination
  • Ensure quality content development (internal and external)
  • Data Collection and Cleaning: Assist in gathering and organizing data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
  • Prepare and generate required learning reports to respective stakeholders
  • Contribute to design works on training communication
  • Handle ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Background in Human Resources, Data Analytics or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of computer – Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, power point, Powerbi) and design tools (i.e. canva etc)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Prior experience or coursework in data analytics, statistics, or machine learning is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
