1. To assist with salary range review exercise for local and/or overseas Markets where Sembcorp has operations in.
2. To perform data analysis with data from multiple sources including but not limited to reports from internal systems, external benchmarking surveys, etc.
3. To partner with Senior HR Executive in crafting and reviewing Benefits collaterals for Total Rewards related initiatives or HR policies.
4. To administer or participate in external surveys relating to compensation, benefits and other HR policies and practices.
5. Any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Previous exposure working with numbers and use of office productivity tools such as MS Office and Outlook.
2. MS Excel proficient and working knowledge of pivot tables, vlookups, matching formulas.
3. Eye for details and maturity in handling private and confidential information.
4. Working knowledge of Canvas / PosterMyWall, etc. software for design work.
5. Ability to work independently and as a team.
