Business Partnering
• Partner with business units to provide advice and support on all people matters
• Provide support in daily operations and maintenance of employees records in HR systems
Resourcing
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, initial screening of candidates, coordinating and facilitating interviews with hiring managers and offer of employment
• Review drafts of job descriptions and job posting on various recruitment channels.
• Participate in all assigned recruitment activities such as career fairs, site recruitments and manage internship program
• Administer weekly/monthly reports on staff movements and recruitment activities
Learning & Development
• Work closely with Learning department on development and implementation of learning program
• Administer and maintain training records in system
Requirements
• Background in Human Resources or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good writing & communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast pace working environment
