SembWaste, as the leading environmental services provider in Singapore, we are focused on waste management, public cleaning, and recycling services. We offer a comprehensive suite of services such as collection, processing, recycling, and disposal of solid waste to customers in the municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with business units to provide advice and support on all people matters.
Provide support in daily operations and maintenance of employees records in HR systems
Manage end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, initial screening of candidates, coordinating and facilitating interviews with hiring managers and offer of employment.
Review drafts of job descriptions and job posting on various recruitment channels.
Participate in all assigned recruitment activities such as career fairs, site recruitments and manage internship program.
Administer weekly/monthly reports on staff movements and recruitment activities.
Work closely with Learning department on development and implementation of learning program
Administer and maintain training records in system.
Required Competencies:
Possess a diploma/ degree in Human Resource or equivalent qualifications
Proficient in MS office
Good writing and communication skills
Able to multi-task in a fast pace working environment
