This intern will be attached to our SembWaste business unit.

Our solid waste management services includes waste collection as well as processing & recycling.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to provide advice and support on all people matters.
- Provide support in daily operations and maintenance of employees records in HR systems
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, initial screening of candidates, coordinating and facilitating interviews with hiring managers and offer of employment.
- Review drafts of job descriptions and job posting on various recruitment channels.
- Participate in all assigned recruitment activities such as career fairs, site recruitments and manage internship program.
- Administer weekly/monthly reports on staff movements and recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Background in Human Resource or equivalent qualifications
- Proficient in MS office
- Good writing and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast pace working environment
