Responsibilities
1.Content Creation
Create, edit, and format content for internal communication, such as PowerPoint slides, emails, and bulletins, related to the digital transformation project updates and general digital trends in the industry.
2.Internal Briefings
Assist in creating informative and engaging internal briefing materials for stakeholders and team members to keep them informed about the progress.
3.Project Updates
Help track milestones and developments within the team and craft clear, impactful messaging for regular updates to internal teams and external audiences.
4.Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with various stakeholders and end-users, both internally and externally, to ensure content is aligned with project goals and messaging is consistent across all channels.
5.Documentation and Reporting
Assist in documenting key project milestones, creating summaries of progress, and producing reports that highlight the transformation’s impact on the organization.
6.Content Strategy Support
Help develop content strategies for ongoing communication efforts to maintain engagement with stakeholders and audiences throughout the transformation journey.
Requirements
•Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
•Strong written communication skills with an ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging content.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple content pieces simultaneously.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus.
•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
