Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate detailed learning reports using various analytics platforms to provide stakeholders with actionable insights on key learning metrics and programme effectiveness.
- Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of learning data by implementing robust data management practices, validating data sources, and regularly auditing datasets to support accurate reporting and analysis.
- Identify and implement processes to continuously review, track metrics, and assess training objectives and effectiveness.
- Assist in maintaining and managing learning systems and tools, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and user accessibility to support effective learning experiences.
- Assist in designing learning communication materials and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns to effectively convey learning content and engage learners.
- Support the coordination of trainer’s availability and training logistics for in-house learning
- Assist Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in implementing learning content aligned with business strategy.
- Ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, power point)
- Well-Versed in Data Analytics
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
