Job Description

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the HR department.

• Help prepare and distribute HR-related communications.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

• Participate in special HR projects as assigned, providing support, and administrative assistance.

• Help in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

• Provide support for various HR-related tasks and initiatives as needed.

 

Requirements

o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

o Strong organizational and time management skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

o Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

o Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
