RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To assist with the data consolidation and audit of the Annual Increment Cycle requiring meticulous comparison of data between systems.
2. To understand and partner with Senior HR Executive on answering to benefits related queries and respond in professional manner to internal stakeholders.
3. To partner with Senior HR Executive in crafting and reviewing Benefits collaterals and HR policies consolidation efforts across all locations, working alongside local Site HR teams.
5. Any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. MS Excel proficient and working knowledge of pivot tables, vlookups, matching formulas
2. Working knowledge of Canvas / PosterMyWall, etc. software for design work
3. Eye for details and maturity in handling private and confidential information
